Traveling to your assignments is part of your job. That's why we reimburse you for it with up to $450 for round trip travel, tax-exempt. This includes travel, lodging, and meal allowances.

Often, working holidays is just part of being a healthcare professional. But we think you still deserve extra credit for doing it. That's why we pay time-and-a-half when you work on recognized holidays.

We stand behind our therapists with more than just money and other tangible benefits. At Access Therapies, we will treat you as part of our professional family. Your personal recruiter will be available at all times for consultation, advice or just to talk about things that concern you. We're a tightly knit group, and we believe in taking care of our own. In fact, as a part of Access Therapies, you will even have a direct line to the president of the company at all times.

Your Commitment to Us
We ask little of you except for professionalism and a high degree of dedication to the healing arts. Until you accept an assignment with us, you have absolutely no obligation. And no matter how long you're part of our family, your commitment to us is never for more than one assignment at a time. Our typical assignments are for 13 weeks, but you'll almost always have the opportunity to extend your assignments for another 13 weeks. If you decide not to, you are free to take another Access Therapies assignment or just take a break from work for a while.
